When are late fees applied to my account?

Bill payment is due by the 2nd of each month.

If a customer has not received a bill in the mail or via email by the 2nd of the month they should contact the base office to inquire about the bill.

A $10 late fee is imposed approximately 10 days after the bill is due. Late fees are automatically added to your account on the 13th of each month.
