Why am I not receiving my email bill?

Since we send our emails out as a mass mailing, some email account providers (such as Yahoo and MSN) may consider our email "junk mail" and report your email bill to your junk mail or bulk mail folder. This can happen even if you've emailed us before. To prevent such filters from occurring in the future, please add our billing address to your contacts list, so that all future emails from Americable International will be sent directly to your inbox.

Follow these steps to add us to your contacts list:


1.    Access your address book in your email account.
2.    Click "Add Contact."
3.    Update our contact name as Americable and type in our email address: billing@yokosuka.americablejapan.com
4.    Click "Save."


This should prevent emails from being moved to your junk or bulk mail folder.
